Don’t worry! You can reset your password in a few simple steps:
- Visit the login page
- Click on ‘Forgot your password?’
- Enter your registered email address
- For user authentication, enter the CAPTCHA characters appearing in the box below the entry fields
- Click on the ‘Reset my password’ button
- A password email will be delivered to your registered email address with further instructions.

Do I need an account to place an order?
Creating an account is optional but highly recommended as it will allow you to:
- Check your order status
- View your order history
- Save your shipping and billing addresses
However, you can also place an order as a guest (no sign-in required).
Order placement & tracking
How do I place an order? (explainer video link)
- On the product page, select size, colour and other variants if applicable.
- Click on the ‘Add to cart’ button.
- Click on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button in the pop-up box which will redirect you to the Checkout page.
- If you are a registered customer, you can order either by signing into your account or as a guest (no sign-in required).
- If you are a new or guest customer, please enter your email address and shipping information. You can create an account after checkout.
- Select a shipping method
- Click ‘Next’.
- Select your preferred payment method
- Apply a discount code if applicable
- Click on the ‘Place order’ button.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once your order is placed, a success notification will appear in your web browser. Furthermore, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Every order is also re-confirmed by our customer service representative over phone to your registered phone number.

You can check your order status at any time by logging into your account.
How do I track my order once it is shipped? (CN #)
Our logistics partner, CallCourier, will send an SMS with a unique consignment number to your registered mobile number when your parcel is shipped. To track your parcel, please click here.
What can cause my order to be delayed?
Your order can be delayed due to any of the following reasons:
- Incomplete or incorrect address and/or phone number.
- Your registered phone number is unreachable at the time of order confirmation.
- Your registered phone number is unreachable at the time of delivery.
- Unforeseen circumstances e.g. unfavourable weather conditions, general strike, public holidays, etc.

What are your shipping charges?
A flat shipping rate of PKR 199 is charged on every order delivered across Pakistan.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Pakistan only. We plan to ship internationally in the near future.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
You can contact us within 2 days of order placement to change your shipping address. However, this applies only if you have ordered a made-to-order item.
Can I request for a delivery time?
Yes, you can request for a specific delivery time/date on [email protected] if it is over and above the duration specified at the time of order confirmation.
What are your accepted payment methods?
Our accepted payment methods are:
- Cash on delivery
- Debit/credit card
- Bank transfer for orders above PKR 10,000 excluding shipping charges
