RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

RETURNS

The following conditions apply for an item to be considered returnable:

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Clothing and shoes can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
  2. The product must be sealed with the original price tag intact.
  3. If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us with a return request within 7 working days of delivery. Our Customer Service team shall have the item replaced within the timeline stated by the seller.
  4. A purchase is non-refundable and non-returnable in case of personal like or dislike for a product.
  5. Customer must bear the return shipping charges for all exchanges. 

An item deemed returnable will be collected by our logistics partner from your registered shipping address.

REFUNDS

Refunds for items/partial orders

Partial orders are refund-eligible items purchased along with other items in a single order

Damaged, missing or lost items paid for by debit/credit card are eligible for full refunds of the amounts paid for them

Refunds for orders

If an entire order is eligible for a refund, shipping charges are refunded along with the full amount paid for the order.

The return parcel should include the original pacakge material indicating the Parcel Consignment Details (CN Number & Customer Name and Customer Number)

Requesting for a refund

A refund can be requested by emailing a request along with your order details to [email protected].

Processing a refund

For any purchase deemed refundable, the refund process is initiated within 2 working days of submitting the refund request.

Mode of refund

All refunds are made through vouchers and sent to the registered email address within 7 days of processing the refund request.
